By installing, accessing, or using IZQuest ("the extension", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension.

2. Description of Service

IZQuest is a Chrome browser extension that gamifies email inbox management by:

• Tracking your Gmail inbox count (read-only access)
• Providing games (Hangman, Sudoku, Space Shooter) as motivation rewards
• Converting email cleanup actions into game resources

The product is productivity, not gaming. Games are designed as motivational tools to encourage inbox management habits.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal — no questions asked
• Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. No refunds after 7 days.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice

5. Free Trial Limits

The free trial is intentionally limited to encourage actual inbox productivity:

• Round limit: 25 game rounds total (across all games)
• Inbox Zero trigger: Free access ends upon first achieving Inbox Zero

These limits exist because the goal is inbox management, not unlimited gaming. Once you've cleaned your inbox or played enough rounds, you've experienced the core value of the product.

6. Coupon Codes

• Promotional codes may be offered at our discretion
• Codes are non-transferable and may have expiration dates
• Limited to one code per user/account
• We reserve the right to void codes if abused or fraudulently obtained

• We never read email content, subjects, senders, or recipients
• You can revoke access at any time via Google Account Settings
• Revoking access will stop the extension from functioning

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, and trademarks in IZQuest are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

IZQuest is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with future Chrome or Gmail updates

We are not responsible for any data loss, though we note that we do not handle your email content — only the count.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of IZQuest is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (maximum $47).

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Abuse the service or other users
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems

Upon termination, your right to use the extension ceases immediately. No refunds will be provided for termination due to Terms violations.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the extension or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
